Yok Thai have been established in Sydney for over a decade with restaurants in both Manly and Neutral Bay. Either venue offers a unique style of Thai cuisine through our Gub Glam or tapas style. Mouth-watering treats are efficiently prepared from our kitchen such as the stuffed chicken and prawns zucchini flowers, prawn on beetle leaf or twice cooked pork belly with chili nam jim. There is the option of main course dishes as well, where our head chef Khing and executive chef/owner Jay show off their culinary skills with the likes of a low carb pad thai and house made slow cook red beef cheek curry. Both of our restaurants offer take-away and the option of delivery is available from Manly.
Whilst the locals have loved the Manly restaurant for over 10 years the newest addition to our Yok Thai family is Neutral Bay in only its 2nd year. Through this venue we have developed a wine focus, which is almost unprecedented in the Thai culinary world in Sydney. You will also find a really neat lounge bar and some delicious signature cocktails on offer. We recommend trying the ‘Jay Jay’ or ‘Thai Cosmopolitan’ before the meal or a bottle of sparkling Chenin blanc from Vouvray which has the right balance of citrus, sweet and minerality freshen your palate up before the meal.
